Am a green card holder , and my reentry is valid till 2010. But in 2008 i visited US after my last visit in 2007 (at tht time i applied for reentry ) . during the visit in 2008 i didnt require reentry as i returned back before the span of one year. Now in 2009 am planning to return after a period of one year, does my reentry permit still valid to be used ?

your reentry permit is valid till 2010 then is not a problems you can go back to USA and if your not sure go to the embassy of the United State and asked them but iam sure that your permit is till valid because is end 2010 so that mean that you can go back to the USA |
