Yes, as long as you have payed your taxes to the Swedish government.
Health care in Sweden is not free, it is supported by higher taxes.

My boss is Swedish-American. His uncle in Sweden waited 18 months on a list for knee-replacement surgery. He was out of work the whole time on disability (costing the State more money). His mom here in the US waited 3 months from her HMO. Yeah, and we want single-payer... not me!
