i'm from china , i past my c-ship w-flying colors , & i put in an application for my minor daughter it's going too be 6 month's in a week o' SO can someone have any ideas .

Are you talking about a daughter back in China or a daughter here? If you filed a petition for your daughter back home, it can take up to a year to simply process the petition, before it gets sent to the National Visa Center and later Guangzhou for an interview. The good news is, she would be eligible for US citizenship immediately after she arrived. |

for the child? If the petition has been approved, you should have
received a notice of approval. IF not, perhaps you can check on the status of the petition at uscis.gov. |
