I don't know if you care, but some people actually get REALLY sick from mono (even the same strain, it can mutate or affect their body differently.)

My friend ended up hospitalized for 10 days. It was touch and go.

How will you feel if someone in your family gets sick and doesn't make it?

well i don't think your family will get it by you coughing they need to drink after you that is why it is known as the kissing disease. so cough all you want but mono is nothing to play with you can die from it if it is not treated i had it a few years and i was in the hospital with it on pain meds its no fun.
