I'm not too sure what you can do in a case like this. You would have to be able to prove that your husband only married you for the residency status it would give him and that could be difficult. Try contacting the Home Office at http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/ and explain in an email your reasons for thinking this. The police wouldn't be interested that's for sure. It's a bit of a mess really isn't it? |

You are right and you should report him to immigration. The same office you had an interview at. Just give them a call and talk to them. This should not happen. |

Not just you, but USCIS will also consider you have committed visa fraud. Just notify USCIS that you are withdrawing your Affidavit and/or Application for his petition or green card.
Do not mention about fraud. Then USCIS will investigate both you and him even though he totally used you. |
