I have a question about my husband becoming a citizen.?

My husband and I have been married for 4 years now. He has his 10 year green card. He just got his 10 year green card only recently. Now when can he apply to become a US citizen? What are the procedures?

He can apply after three years, if you are a US citizen. Here is the process:

If you are a US citizen, and if he received his green card via marriage to you, then he can apply for citizenship three years after he receives his green card. It will take about a year to complete all of the requirements, be assigned to an oath ceremony, receive his naturalization papers -- assuming his application is accepted when it comes time to apply.

He can apply three years after the date on his green card less 90 days. (works out to be 2 years 9 months and a couple of days or so).
