they called for biometrics a week ago. i did biometrics code 3. i still don't have a answer on those documents also a got a rfe and i sent back 2 weeks ago. but i separated my husband now due to domestic violence and i don't know what will hapen with my case now. does this will affect me or i have to do something else. i am really worry now

If your husband doesn't show up at your interview, it will be denied. If you have really strong case of abuse, you can file VAWA.

You need a strong case to prove domestic violence, it can't just be word of mouth. If your husband revokes your I-485 you pretty much have no chance in getting that green card. |
