Just go down to Mexico and get back in like all the other millions of people do. However, I prefer that you don't, we have enough felons, we don't need more. |

I'm sorry to hear that you were deported. What crime did you commit? If it was really serious, then I really doubt if you'd allowed back in the country. If it were for drugs, then you might have to get a really, REALLY good lawyer to help you! Stay out of the USA for a while, go to school, get a good job and do some charity work. Then a few years, try to apply for a visa, maybe immigration might give you a chance like they did for someone I know. |

He said he was not here illegaly!! duh learn how to read people!!! and as far as being able to come back I really doubt it. It really depends on what you did. |

You were illegal (first crime) and then you committed a felony (second crime) and then you were deported, hopefully after you spent time in prison. Legally, you can never come back. However, you already know how to come in illegally but I really wish you wouldn't you have already used up enough of my tax dollars. |

what did you do??? no you can't come back legally but depending on what you did I would recommend just coming illegally.... I mean you already were deported once the second time being deported will be much worse... so you could look into a very expensive immigration lawyer... but a fellony is kind of a big deal. |
