When I have filed papers for immigration for Canada for myself, my wife and also son all were in India but now son is in USA and studying MBA - please let me know how to handle his case..

Your visas will be issued in the Canadian Embassy where you filed the application. You will have to present your passport and that of your wife and son so the immigrant visa can be affixed on them. Your son cannot enter Canada before you do. Make sure to use a reputable courier for the passport of your son. |

JP, going by your question, I am understanding your in India and your son is in the USA. An educated guess would be, is to make an appointment with your Canadian Embassy Representative, with your passports and discuss the next step. Make sure you emphasis your son is not in university in the USA, I think they will contact the USA Embassy and make arrangements for your son to present himself.
ASK QUESTIONS AND MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND EVEN THE SMALLEST DETAILS.
