I was born in the Philippines, brought to the US when I was like 3, always spoken english, but I'm facing a situation that's left me very depressed and desperate. My visa/green card expired, and I don't have anything to show that I can work in the US. I've been jobless for a year. My parents have not taken me to get it fixed because it's going to cost them like $300, I have no idea how to fix this situation. I'm almost 100% sure I'm adopted because they are both US citizens, they don't care about me or my happiness. I have depression, bipolar disorder, social anxiety, and ocd. I feel that if I don't get this fixed I might get worse and possibly kill myself. My life has gotten to a point where it hurts to live. I just want some help and get out of this miserable situation. I would appreciate any help at all. Thank you.

Why on earth did you let your green card expire? You need to contact the USCIS immediately! Explain your situation and they may be able to point you in the right direction. Even better find out where your local office is, go down there and met with a USCIS officer. |
