I have to renew my 2 daughter's american passports?

My 2 daughters ages 6 & 9 have passports, but they expired 2 years ago. We have the expired ones in our possession. Can I print from online the renewal forms or do I get those at the post office? I know we have to go to our nearest local post office to do this because they are under age (we live in Mass) but it will be easier to just get them online. Any one know the renewal cost also?

The renewal fee is 75.00 and since they are under 16 and it cannot be done my mail, they have to go in person. You should try the Dept. of State Website for more information.
