my husband needs to get an i.d to get his passport but he is immigrant he dosent have papers that is why he is unable to get one but he does have his birth cerftificate and mail with his name and adress on it. does anybody know where he can get an i.d just with what he has such as gym any clubs or community centers ect.

Christi, if your husband doesn't have papers he ISN'T an immigrant. He is an illegal alien border criminal.
But I do know where he can get ID from the US government for life. Just call 800-600-4ICE and they will help your husband right OUT. |

tell him to take his birth certificate and utility bill to the DMV... there is one on Chase on the Southside... and get a State of Wisconsin ID card... he can then use that along with his birth certificate to get his passport. |

I just moved from Lake Geneva to another state. Take his birth certificate, and any utility bills less than 60 days old with his name and current address on them (it has to be utility bills) to the DMV for a state ID. Having a social security card is also a good thing.
If he is an immigrant, take those papers along as well. |

Call the consulate (may be in embassy complex) for the country he came from and ask what they will accept. I don't know of any countries that will accept a gym membership as proof of identity. |
