I need to renew my daughters passport?

where do i go or call. we are in the u.s. and my daughter is 15 and can i go to any post office. zip code i live in is 77063

My passport says it's from the "State Department". Ask at the post office. I live abroad so I go to my consulate... but after I began to answer ... it dawned on me LOL you don't have a consulate.
Don't worry it's easy!

EDIT okay I looked it up you need to do it by mail. download the form from the state department "passport services" section.
