i am a new citizen and apply for passport today i received my passport but when i apply the passport post office took my naturalization certificate and today i only received my passport
where is my naturalization certificate ?

That is the process. Your naturalization certificate will be mailed to you separately. If you are in doubt get in touch with the post office or write to the Passport Office, US Department of State, you will probably get a better response.
