Just do what you heart tells you to do. The fact that you asked this question is a red flag that you know in your heart there is something immoral about reporting him. There are a lot of people answering your question who are responding due to their political views and a common stereotype. I am presently going through immigration proceedings with my husband who is a foreigner, and trust me, it is very, very difficult to get into the country legally, especially if you come from a low-income family. Do not do something you will feel guilty about for the rest of your life. Really think about his situation and how your actions could drastically affect his life, not to mention his family as well. It is up to you, but try to be compassionate and not give into the "illegal immigrant" stereotype.

Its' difficult, particularly after realizing that so many of them are decent, hard working people. But realize this- you are enabling the very invasion which you seem to protest. Advise him to seek council and immigrate legally or our laws become meaningless.
