You need to contact the Abduction unit of the Children's Issues Section at the Department of State as soon as possible. You'll need to contact the police and file a report as quickly as you can. Plus, their ability to help you will depend on whether you have full or joint custody among other things. You seem to be assuming he's still in the US, but that isn't necessarily true. I assume that like any good mother, you have already contacted law enforcement and filed a missing persons report. You say she's been in harms way for months? Does "harms way" mean she's been missing for months? Surely there was an Amber Alert put out for her! As long as law enforcement has been contacted, they will let you know exactly what you need to do to find him. You can start by telling us his name and linking us to a page where we can see his and her picture. A missing child is serious. Let us help you!

well if he has kidnapped your child, once caught, he will do prison time and then be deported.

Has he perhaps already fled the country ?
Damn common occurrence when a foreign national gets into a custody fight with a US citizen living in the US. Good luck!

OK now I understand your concern sorry for the last post then
1st do you have custody legal and physical?
if so report him to the police and tell them that he is either here legally still or his papers have expired they can investigate that, But most importantly;y do you have any idea where he could be?
Are you sure he hasn't went back to his country?
try to find any information you can, does he have a family member or friend who likes you and might help you with this?

One other thing post a link to a picture of him and his name and any aliases he may have and where is he from you never know how small this world really is when you really need help.
