Surprisingly, the answer above is absolutely correct. If you have no professional job skills, Canada does not want you.
On the other hand, the US-Canadian border is the largest demilitarized border in the world, and there are a million more Canadian social insurance cards floating around than there are Canadians. So if you "really wanted" to do that, you probably could. Shhh. |
