If you were born here and can prove it with your birth certificate you would be considered an American citizen. Contact your local US Embassy or Consulate to apply for a US passport.

You certainly can. You are an American citizen.

The US citizenship is a surety if you can prove it. Born on US soil you have absolute full rights for a straight up passport.

There are no restrictions like the UK has. In regard to if you have a UK mother, born elsewhere and you get a passport but you can't pass it down to your children.

Again, hit an embassy with your birth certificate and you be all set US wise. It will only be an applying thing with no lawyers.

If you work it right you can have all 3 passports.

America is one of the few countries that grants citizenship to anyone born in the USA. So you will be a US citizen as well as British and French. Best of both worlds there you lucky lucky thing.

LuciJayne
Yes, because you were born there, you have a legal right. You need prove with your birth certificate, passport, etc.

I would rather be FRENCH THAN A YANK

Yes you are. You also entitled to have a US passport. Same with my boyfriend who was born in Luxenberg.
