I was deported from the US for immigration reasons, can i go to the UK with a business Visa?

i am from egypt, i went to the US with my family when i was 12 in 1993, and i was deported because my asylum case was denied and i was barred entry to the US for 10 years, now i work for a multinational company and im suppose to go to the UK for training, would i be allowed the Visa? what do i fill in the application where it asks if i have been deported from any country? do i tell the truth or there is no reason for it and leave it blank since i was young?

im only planning to go there for 10 days, not planning to be there for longer than that

No way to say. You will have to prove to the UK immigration official in Cairo that you are not a risk of overstaying in the UK. Bring house papers and a letter from your company.
