If your mother was born in UK & holds British Citizenship then, yes. |

you wont be considered british unless you have a british passport, but if your mum holds a british passport then you should be able to get dual citizenship quite easily, and its surprising that your mother didnt do this when you were born. |

Depends on your present citizenship! Where you were born, when you were born, etc.
For instance if you were born in the US you may be eligible to get dual citizenship. If on the other and you were born in Mexico you are not allowed dual citizenship. Then there is the nationality issues, etc.

You could be considered a citizenship, yet it depends on what country you were born since some countries take away your citizenship if you become one of another country. Either way, if your mum or dad are from the uk then you are granted citizenship.
My little brother and sister were born here in the USA and since my mum is from England they too get the citizenship. I too was born in England and hold my dual citizenship with the USA.
