Ok it is long story
and I do need help , I just wish no one will judge me , because u know sometimes things get out of ur control
I came to USA with b-2 visa , trying to run away from my home country , because we have rule that force all the guys to go to the army and spend 3 years in **** , unless u spend 5 years outside the country , then it is ok for u to pay $8000 us dollars , and then its ok to not to go to the army anymore , and since I spend already about 3 years studying outside my country , I was like why I don’t get a master degree is USA , and then by the time I finish it will be a 5 years already , and then I will be OK , so I came here with my B-2 visa , I did find a good university to do my master , and I did apply for F-1 visa so I can study here
4 month later , I got rejected , why ? I have no idea
I did all the paper they need me to do , even they asked me for bank statement with $3500 , I did send them one with $265,000 , and all the needed papers , still got rejected
Anyway , now I will have to leave USA and go back to my country , and go to the army
but , with all what Is going on ever there now , its so dangers , the protesters just killed 160 army soldiers in the last 48 hours , so no matter what , I am not leaving
And trust me , its something I am not happy to do , I was the first on my university , I am super well educated person , and its something not good to spend one year just setting home in here wasting time , but I will have to do it so I can finish the 5 years I need outside my country
and I am not here to steal ur job , I am not here to get free stuff , I am rich guy , I just need to spend one more year in here , that’s all I need
So I will overstay my visa (and sorry for that) I just want to spend about 14 month in here and leave , but I don’t want to have problems with that , I don’t want to go to jail too , so all what I need to ask , is the government going to try to find me if I overstay ?
Because u know I am normal guy , I have facebook , I have rent an apartment with my name , I have bank accounts , I have car insurance under my name , I pay bills such as electric , internet , cell phone , I have LIFE , so is those are going to be reason for the government to find me ?
because they will in 2 seconds if they do search
do I need to be scared at EVEY STOP SIGN that I don’t fully stop on , that oh the traffic control will stop me now and send me to army so I can die in peace ?
Please people , I am looking for help , not for people to tell me GO HOME
I really want to go home , but I cant
so if any one can help me , and tell me if they will search for me or no ? they will search with those things ? is there is anything I should do or take care of ? anything I should run away from ?
I am GOOD GUY , I don’t deserve this , but life some times is not fear

I have overstayed, unknowingly, in s africa. I was Informed by many people after the 3 month visa was up, go to like Mozambique have it stamped and obviouly rest amped upon re entry and you are good to go or another 3 months. Very untrue. It is border hopping and although not too much of a fine, like $125 for 3 extra months, it was inconvenient and scary!

Hi,
First of all, stop worrying, you will be fine, & second, realise that you need to do something to make this matter work. There are immigration practices out there who can smooth things over for you if what you say is true. American Immigration officials are not animals, I have overstayed in the states & fallen foul of them on 2 occasions ( skiing addiction ), The first time, I called the INS up to hand myself in for overstaying in the hope they would deport me cause I'd run out of money but instead of doing that , the woman was really nice saying it didn't matter where I came from or what sort of person I was, they had to follow policy but were a little busy right now so if I wanted I could try the local police to see if they could help. The second time, about a year and a half later they put me on hold & asked me about 20 minutes later if I could call back. Make of that what you want, but if they really did want you gone, you would be by now already I think.
Remember though, its the right thing to do to seek help & face this head on because, even though they are very busy & also fair, you are technically breaking the law so.....I wish you the best. |
