NO, the only official sites end in .gov. DO NOT use any agencies that do not end in .GOV

The lottery is FREE to enter directly through the US State Department website. No agency in the world can increase your chances of getting a green card. The US State Department does not advertise on websites or spam your email.

If you use any non-official site, at best you are just being scammed out of money and they won't even submit your application. At worst, you are providing all of your person information to scammers who will use it for identity theft.

The 2010 lottery is already closed and you need to wait until October 2009 to enter the 2011 lottery
