Go to your nearest U.S. embassy and start the inquiry there. They could probably give you better answers than anyone here can. Do you want to be a citizen, or just a resident alien?

MOre likely you should become a citizen, but you also need to have a green card , order a plane ticket and get your passports . you need to be leglly entering america or you will be send back before the boraders
