Well since he is from the old country...According to German law if you can prove german "blood" you can be a German citizen. Besides, Frankenstein was the DR. not the monster!! His Castle is down the road near the City of Darmstadt. There is also a town and castle of Frankenstein near Kaiserslautern. |
