No, you are not the problem, it is the numbers involved, if you were the only one that was here illegally then we would work something out. But there are 11 or 12 million here from all over the world and that by shear numbers needs to be addressed. Thank you for the offer though. If I were you I would go back and try to get here legally and then everybody is happy. |

Pancha are you wearing down? In one post I even saw where you said it would be OK to close the border. But honestly I would not worry about all this too much. I really don't think that the Illegals that are here now will be going anywhere, our officials do not have the b@lls to round them up. But first thing first, We do need to secure our border and "Plug the leak". I personally believe that we need at that point to go on a case by case basis and start the immigration process the right way. At the same time go after the Slave drivers who are hiring these people and make them pay fines and back taxes. The biggest problem I can see is, if once the Illegals are not Illegal will the next march and protest be for unionization and higher wages? This is one very complicated issue but the one thing that is certain is we have to secure the border and I am not just talking about the Mexican border either, We need to secure one from Canada as well. |

How noble, but no. Most illegal immigrants came here in search of a better life and to support families back in Mexico. What if they all went back, and made MEXICO a better place to live?
