It depends what you consider integration to involve. You're not obliged to eat curry or wear a sari or invite Polish people round for dinner.
On the other hand, if you refuse to be treated by a black doctor, or refuse to use businesses that are run by Asians, then you're most certainly a racist. |

It's normal to integrate with people who are similar to you. Maybe second or third generation immigrants will be similar enough to want to intregrate with. |

If you can separate yourself then you have a free choice.
I do not think so-called white separatists who want to live in a country with no other races are being very realistic. It is one thing to want things to be a certain way, and another to insist that they are.
Just because someone does not want a non-immigrant in the same country it does not logically follow that it should be that way simply because it is someones desire.
Therefore, regardless of racism, white separatist are usually rigid, extreme, irrational and illogical in their views and their insistance causes them to be angry.

Well to be honest... if you are generalising to that extent and don't want to interact with people purely because of their race or origin and regardless of their personal qualitites then that is technically racism.
I'm not saying that you are a bad person (he who is without sin and all that) but yes your views are racist. |

No not at all - it is not racist that you have nothing in common with the culture and intrests of "immigrants" - making friends with people shouldn't be forced upon the natives. The immigrants should make the effort to fit into your ways. |

well how will you know who are immigrants and who are not if you do not inter react with them, that is why you will be judge as a racist coz we all know you will simply count all none white people as immigrants.
the only way we grow as people is from interacting with other people, only a fool would believe they have grown as a person all they need to grow.
my grandad is 78 and says that he has never stopped learning new things and seeing the world from other peoples point of view.
maybe people that are different to you scare you maybe your just ignorant and think your better than them but like it or not the world is getting smaller and we should move forwards not become stagnant |
