If I want to move to Mauritius with my man after we get married can we?

What if I apply for fiancee visa here for my man I want to marry that is from Mauritius. and he comes here and?
If we marry here do we have to stay here for certain time period? If we marry here can we go home for visits to Mauritius? If we marry here can he get employment right away? Can we move back to Mauritius if we wish? Are we better off getting married there?
