True. American Indian, colonials, Spanish, it doesn't matter. They all moved here from somewhere else. They say they have a right to live here because they used to own the land, but who owns it now? Us. Their property rights are gone. If you sold your house to another individual, would you move back in and declare that since it was once yours, you have the right to live there?

To say that land is rightfully yours because at some point in history your ancestors lived there, is bogus. Throughout history land has been conquered and lost. The most powerful entity becomes the new ruler of the land. Look at England. The Saxons, the Romans, the Vikings...everyone had there hayday with the place...do decendants of those civilizations have the right to claim that England is their's? No.

I never heard of one of them using that claim, but if they are, youre absolutely right.
I dont much care if they live here, so long as they dont take jobs or any kind of welfare from our system.

They won't stop here - they'll continue to infect the rest of this country and probably even Canada too. They're just jealous because we live so good - and it just so happens that we're living good on the land that they lost. So their claims that they have the right to be here belong in fantasy land. They lost the war and they're just going to have to accept it. I'm fed up with this stuff too - It's time they take responsibility for their own people. There's like 14+ million illegals here now? With that amount of people I'd think they'd want to go back down to Mexico and start a riot. That many people would be very effective.

They are here because big business brought them here and gave them jobs and a way of life far superior to the lives they were leading. I didnt say big business gave them a good life, far from it, but better. They dont run to So American or Canada because no one there is "buying" their services and undercutting their own citizenry. We used to have laws that prevented the hiring of illegals but Bush turned his back on these laws. Now these people are entrenched and accepting minimal wages so what are our own people supposed to do about getting a good paying job? Again, corporations brought them here and corporations will keep them here. If we send the illegals back, the corporations take their business out of the States and pay even less to produce their goods. I dont know how we win this mess that has been created.

They do go to Canada and South America. You need to check your facts before you post things you know nothing about. They go wherever they can find work.

Speaking of Canada, do you know how many Canadian illegals we have in this country? A lot! Know why it's so easy for them to come here? Because there are 10x more border patrol on the Mexican border than there are on the Canadian border. Ever look and compare the size of those borders? So why don't we care about the Canadian illegals coming here? Why not an uproar about them "taking our jobs?" Because they look like us and they speak English.
