Yes. Marriage to a U.S. citizen(no matter how long) does not guarentee citizenship. This matter should have been taken care of properly years ago.
Deport all illegals and any spawn they popped out on tax dollars now. |

Yes. The immigrant should seek advice from an immigration attorney. There are some non profit organizations who employ them if you can not afford to pay one right now. They will see you for free or for a smaller fee. |

Yes. They will have to go back to their country of origin and apply for a green card. The spouse that is a citizen will have to show cause that the immigrant must be in the U.S. for the family to survive. Then a visa or green card will be issued. |

Umm...why did you not leave before you got illegal or at least try and get a visa...you definitly shold not try and mess with the US when it comes to that. Umm, the answer is no you can not legally marry someone if you are not legal yourself. There is a visa you can get called a FIANCE visa (k-1 i think..)...which allows you to stay here longer and legally work..problem is..in order to apply for it, you have a full on interview with your fiance...then they process the application..you must get married within 3 months of the visa..BUT, you have to be here on a legal tourist visa or any kind of visa before you are even elligable. So now, you are kinda stuff. I am not dissing illegal immigrants, I have a Greek fiance and we come into the same problem with me even staying longer in Greece!!!! BUT America is very very strict on all of this, so you might end up getting deported...you need to have someone talk to the Embassy without identifying yourself and get the right info... |
