Those of us who pay in to medicaid do so precisely so people like your daughter will have benefits. For people to drain the system with forged documents is stealing.
As to the gang graffiti, etc. Who says the criminals doing that are illegal aliens? We have a lot of home grown nasties. They join societies like Atzlan groups and fly the Mexican flag from school flagpoles with the American flag upside down underneath it.
It is a problem with being angry for lack of real economic opportunities, and they refuse to see that the reason they have no real economic opportunities (beyond basic care many would fight for) is because they refuse to be a part of successful society. Gangs from below the border stir this up, but don't create the problem to begin with, in my opinion.
Assimilation brings success. Look at immigrants in government (and there are many).
Illegal immigration drains services and required taxpayers to pay for 'benefits' that draw cheap labor for business.
However, a lot of the ethnic thugs here are home grown. |

I don't think there is a good answer to your question but their definetly needs to be something done about several of these issues. Let's just hope the man that was voted president of these great United States hears and sees from your perspective also. |

My advice is move or stop whining about it.
Do what you have to do.
Remember that this nation was founded on (mostly illegal)immigration and corporations shipping in cheap labor from other nations. It's no different now than it was in the 19th century. Nativists at that time complained about the Chinese and the Irish. Now the scapegoat for their problems are Latin Americans. |

Yes I know what your talking about. When I had to go to the emergency room for my mother last year she had to wait over three hours, why did she wait. All these mexicans were there who could barely, or couldn't speak english. How is this good?
The neighborhoods they all immigrate to are pathetic, sloppy and ugly. They make it an example copy of their homes from mexico. They never learned what american living is so they just bring in their mexican living instead.
I've been a strong supporter of Bush but on this issue he is pathetic. |

Who ever wrote they can't get Aid is wrong!!!!!! I worked for health issues-they can do better here than you--They get free legal-and they know how to fill out those papers for them. Income is requirement not citizenship!
Your right it is a crime. I know so many people -citizens who need Medical and can not get it. The mis informed will say-you have programs. We are raising a generation of idiots.
Not only are you not getting help but many of the people here are so misinformed they can not see it. Its ok with them to hurt you to help others. And they think that is Just and Right. |

Illegal aliens are tearing apart this country. They are ruining the social systems such as hospital care, benfits such as social security, and governmental functions such as police and schools. They are bankrupting our country at an outrageous rate and if something isn't done to control the number allowed to stay, there's no telling how long it will be before our government will go under fire to become a welfare state and depend on other countries to survive. The mere fact they are being hired at low wages isn't enough, it's the fact that much of the money they make is reinvested in Mexico through their relatives back there. Most don't wish to assimilate. Many Americans aren't given the chance to be asked to perform some of the jobs that the Mexicans are doing because they aren't being advertised. |
