Visit any lawyers office & ask for

Name change via Deed Poll.
(they will provide information for free).

It will cost u between Â£55 & Â£75 & takes 7 days.

Once you'd have the deed poll papers, with your new name on it, send it to Passport Office etc. (Your name on your Birth Certificate will never change).

If you are not British Citizen, then u must contact your home country's Embassy & seek their guidance.
