Illegal is still illegal, and I feel the same about all 20 million of those criminals regardless of where they come from.

The reality is, however, that 54% come from Mexico, 70% are Latino and from Mexico/Central/South AMerica.....and the remaining 30% are from the rest of the 185+ countries in the world.

Your premise is wrong. We are upset about illegals coming from Canada. It just doesn't get the press because of the difference in numbers.
I wish you could talk to my many (legal) Hispanic friends. They are infurriated about illegals.

Your question suggests that there is a conspiracy on this issue. Why can't you just accept that illegal means illegal. Just enforce the law. Change it if you want, but just enforce it.

It is not about race it is about law. I don't care what border they cross or ocean they swim. They need to be collected and sent back to where they came from. The reason the Latin crowd gets so much attention is they are the largest most vocal group.

Canada does not have the poverty that Mexico has. There are not nearly as many people flooding into our country from Canada to take jobs or use our government provided services without paying taxes as there are from Mexico.
Simply put, Mexico is a far bigger problem than Canada, and the squeaky wheel gets the oil.
Having said that, both borders need to be sealed. We need to know who's here no matter which border or which sea they cross to get here.

Millions fewer have come across the Canadian border, is why. We don't want illegals from anywhere. However, when you are looking at the most bang for the buck, a fence on the border most of them come through makes the most sense. It just so happens that is the southern border.

Only pro illegals bring race into the issue, Illegal is illegal no matter what race color or nationality.

it's called enforcing the law. illegal aliens are breaking the law....period. the reason we don't scream about canada is because poor canadians aren't costing us billions in healthcare, medical, and government assistance. if canadians were streaming across the border by the millions and having babies so they could stay here, then we'd be pissed.

Regardless of that, the laws we want enforced and the steps we want taken target ALL illegals regardless of how got into the country, An illegal from Canada has the same problems with documentation as anyone from Mexico. No-match letters don't know what color a person is or what language they speak. People from Canada DO NOT have social security cards either.

Trying to make this a racial issue is only a smoke screen to mask the fact that illegals have no good arguments in their favor.

1. And this is the point very few understand. The race in Mexico is almost identical to the race in the United States. They are not different races, and if you would finish high school, you would find these things out.

2. I am going to tell you what it is all about and very clearly. Go to the Yahoo Search Engine, and ask for Illegal Aliens Cost. You will get some four million hits, and you will discover we have spent as much as a trillion dollars on the illegal aliens, and most of it as a reflection of their criminal activity, and we will wind up spending over 2.4 trillion dollars by about 2025. That money spent is totally unacceptable.

2. Almost no one crosses the Canadian Border while millions cross the Mexican Border every year.

The last I read illegal aliens were fleeing to Canada for refugee status. Canada made it clear it cannot offer the same free entitlements that illegals are use to obtaining here.How many people do you see marching in the streets demanding instant citizenship waving Mexican flags and demanding host country bow to the demands of illegal aliens
