Immigration rules differ greatly from country to country.
Generally speaking.
Ensure that your fiancé comes into the country with the appropriate entry clearance to avoid problems later on. Check with your national immigration authority for the rules regarding entry clearance for fiancés and intended spouses. Also worth checking which entry clearances can be changed into leave to remain as spouse of a native citizen.

If you cannot even properly construct a question, you should not be getting married. Assuming that 'here' is the United States, you cannot do anything to insure he can stay after you get married. If you go through the proper steps before he comes here and you get married, then it will be no problem.
Apply for a "K" (fiancee) visa for him, then when you get married, you can immediately apply for residency for him.
To the poster who said to call ICE, ICE doesn't deal with entry into the US. You should check out the USCIS website, that will have all the forms and fees. |
