No. Your child was born a Jamaican Citizen. Your child has to go through the legal process of naturalization if he or she was to become a US Citizen.

Plus, your child needs to have permission to be in the United States according to US Code 8.

No. A passport has to be applied for. It does not happen automatically. There are certain provisions that you must have in order to get a passport.

No, your child will be both citizens until they are 18 then they have to choose were they want to be a citizen
