If my immigration is being sent for administration review, does it go to USA for review or stay in my country?

It's either sent back here in the USA or remains in the Consulate depending which one is conducting the administrative review.Normally, you will be informed if it was sent back here in the USA for administrative review by the Consulate.

Depends on why it's under administrative review. that could mean any number of things. If anything is actually sent to the US though it would be done electronically.

I am a US citizen and I applied for my husband to come here fron Nigeria and after his interview they said that his application was bieng sent back to the US for review. There reason was that we married for immigration purpose only. How long will this process take for me to prove to them that we are in love?
