The nationals of many countries qualify for a visa exemption meaning that they don't need a visa to enter Thailand if they are coming for a short period. Entry through an international airport for such people gives a 30 day visa exemption. |

yes you wud... i was in lankawi and went on a speedboat to go island hopping... the guide showed us thailand from far... we asked him if we could stop at the beach.. he said that it would be illeagal as we would need visa... that is how i know that we need visa for thailand when going from malaysia |
