Crimes are crimes, no matter what the reason behind them. Breaking any law is wrong. and no one deserves amnesty for committing a crime.!! or being poor.!!!
There are ways to stop being poor and keep from starving,etc.
People need to get off their collective butts and start doing something to fix their own problems without expecting someone else to do it for them, |

Amnesty is a form of forgiveness! If the person has shown a reasonable sign of repentance and or has served a sentence for the offence, amnesty should be given to them for God's sake! |
