No, if they start enforcing the current law there will be a rise in the average wage rate and more demand for goods and services provided by Americans. The wealthy will have to spend more money on the dirty jobs that illegals have been performing for Americans to do it, and they should have to.
There will be more money being spent inside the US economy because less illegals will be able to ship the $ out of the country to their relatives who normally get about 1/2 of their wages. |
