If you were asking my personal advice, the answer is no.
USCIS and ICE know where millions of illegals are, but unless she is a felon, she is not a priority for removal.
Even if we assume that you are not mistaken about her being illegal, and if an order to show cause was actually issued, an immigration judge could issue a stay of removal which allows legal permission to work and eventual residence while the case progresses over the next three years.
Oh - you said she is in upper management, so start looking for another job, because her lawyer will find out about your tip and she's bound to have some friends in the company who will pay you back.
You've got to do what you've got to do, but I'm telling you, nobody cares. You on the other hand, will be "wearing the rat jacket" and look and feel and smell like Judas Iscariot no matter what the outcome. Call them and find out for yourself. 1-866-DHS-2-ICE. |
