Find answers to your legal question.
If you realized that even illegal immigrants are as human you, and that hate and violence comes back bigger..
|
Would you stop hating them?
I understand, they're illegal in this country, and all of them should be taken back to theirs...
But do you REALLY think that it's worth to fill your head and your heart with the burden of hating, insulting, deprecating, killing, hitting, and all those things that are actually happening against all that people?
Knowing the fact that when you do something bad to others the same kind of violence comes back to your life and people?
Violence of all kind is what you want for America? Additional Details This question goes for the people that in a way or another deprecates the human rights of the illegal immigrants.
kentata, you're right!! that's exactly what i'm talking about, there so much hate in this forum, and in the streets, and the whole country...

You said it! I agree with you completely. There is not enough room in this world for hate- It has caused too many problems already. Illegal immigrants are only trying to improve their lives, their children's lives. I'm not going into a debate on the issue, but the hate and anger need to stop. What happened to America that we act like this? |

even the "illegals" tend to put lazy-a$$ americans to shame.
I wish we'd send the lazy-a$$ed "americans" somewhere...they want to drop out of school, make babies, use up resources, perpetuate drug use, screw up everything productive and constructive. Then, they want to b*tch when they are homeless and hungry in the name of their USA citizenship! |

I don't hate them. I'm just angry and a bit disgusted with their tactics. But hate is a very special, personal, emotion to me, reserved for certain individuals, not large groups of people.
As for all those things actually happening to those people, as you say, I think you'll find those kinds of things are happening to ALL peoples. Not just one group. |

I am not advocating violence, I just want them deported and then allowed to apply to come to this country legally. I don't hate anybody, because that is wrong. But they do not belong here if they cannot follow our laws. |

Only if you believe in Karma. I for one don't hate the individual, I hate what they are doing to this country. I hate our Government leaders for allowing this to go on. If I could THEY would be the ones I would wish violence on, not the individual Mexican. But after all is said, they are STILL illegal and there is no getting around that, so they deserve what they get although I personally don't wish them harm I just wish they would leave. One look at the violence and hatred against the early Chinese and Irish in this country should also have not happened but humans are by far the most violent animals on the face of this earth. All the other predators in the world kill for food, the most part, except for man who kills for the hell of it, or in Bush's case for OIL PROFITS. |

"hating, insulting, deprecating, killing, hitting,"
I was not familiar with this. I did not know this was happening. Sorry to admit to this! Well, I DID know some Mexicans were being insulted but most immigrants are insulted in some way at some time.
I do know that the Guatamalans here in south Florida do get attacked a lot by black people trying to mug them and rob them. It is more of a crime of opportunity though, as Guatamalans do not use banks and sometimes carry their entire earnings around in their pockets.
South florida is overun with Haitians and Cubans and others of hispanic origin and I have not heard of crimes against all of our immigrants increasing. All the crimes against Haitians is from other Haitians.
If you have a source for your claim I would be open to hearing it.
I just read the previous answer form WellTraveled and think I understand. People are picketing where day laborers stand and wait for work. It is wrong to show hate toward men who are just trying to earn some money to survive, whether they are here illegally or not. I have the utmost sympathy for those workers. They are decent hard working people.
To rant against the day laborers trying to find work is a special form of evil. |

1st We do not hate them.
Have you hear of MS 13.
This gang has committed one of the most horrific crime scenes ever witnessed by law enforcement, young men, women and children brutally murdered with machetes. These innocent victims were slaughtered and dismembered for no reason at the hand of MS-13

Not just Gangs but others.
Some of the most violent criminals at large today are illegal aliens. Yet in cities where the crime these aliens commit is highest, the police cannot use the most obvious tool to apprehend them: their immigration status. Now politicians who fear backlash from immigrants and a press sympathetic to the illegals prefer you not know the extent of alien crime.

I do not hate any of them. I do not think they are bad people. I understand why and how they came here. But that still does not mean that we as a nation must close our eyes to a serious security problem.
I do not hate them but it bothers me that they come here, live here, make money here, yet maintain their foreign national identity, have little or no regard for our laws. The pressure to make social change should not be on the U.S. but on the Mexican Government and people. Mexico has abundant resources. The problem is that throughout its history Mexico has been led by a corrupt oligarchy. The corruption extends through all levels of government. It is so pervasive it will be difficult to eradicate, yet it must be done if Mexico is ever going to move out of the 3rd world and live on its own resources.

True story:
This past weekend, several groups were protesting at places where folks around here usually go to hire "day laborers." One of the places was in front of a home improvement store. The protesters had signs such as, "Don't hire illegals", "you're breaking the law", "illegals go home", etc. I wasn't there to hire anyone, but I went over to the protesters. Talked to the guy up front who appeared to be the leader.
Me: "What makes you think the laborers are illegals?"
Him: "Of course they're illegals!"
Me: "But you don't know that for sure...?"
Him: "Ask them for papers -- make them prove they're US citizens then!"
Me: "OK, how about if I ask YOU for your papers -- how do I know YOU'RE not illegal?"
Him: "Look, smarta$$, here's my driver's license."
Me: "Doesn't prove anything -- those are easy to get. Are you carrying proof you're a US Citizen or permanent resident?"
Him: "I don't have to prove anything."
Me: "But those guys over there DO have to prove it? Is that what you want, a country where you're constantly being asked for your 'papers'? Doesn't that remind you of Germany during WWII?"
Him: "Get away from me you liberal $$*@"
I laughed all the way back to my car :) |

North America was built on the backs of illegal aliens. The Natives sure didn't invite any of my ancestors to come on over and stay. I think we need to understand why these folks are illegal. They know they'll be turned down for immigration so they come and do the best they can underground work, etc., and send money home or at least build a decent life for themselves, without all of the benefits of the rest of us. I think Mexico and the USA need to become one and let's spread the love called USA right down into the south of Mexico and have all those folks reap the benefits of work and health care and so on....whaddya think? |
|

turboweegie
 |
What's all this crap about hating and harming the illegals?
Very few people 'hate' them. We just need to control it and stop having our tax moneys taken from us and spent on those who don't pay taxes. That's called theft, any sane way you look at it.
What most of us want is a method they can come here and work legally, pay taxes, and not get all these benefits they have not earned.
And we want to control against criminals and diseased people from coming in.
Your emotional arguments are fallacious; and do not address the issues. |

Every person for illegal immigration needs to compensate these innocent people who have had their social security numbers and identities stolen by these illegals who invade our country with no care who they hurt. They should have to not only compensate the money lost from their social security accounts after they are zeroed out once the fraud is detected, but every last cent the victims had to pay taking time off work, every cent that went into photocopying documentation, every cent that went towards lawyers and gas driving somewhere to get this mess taken care of, and any other financial expenditure the victim had to cough up. They should also be forced to compensate the victims for the emotional hardships endured. They should have to compensate for the money and time spent trying to straighten out their credit ratings after these illegals have ruined them. They should be forced to compensate these victims for every single hardship related to what these illegals have inflicted upon these people. Currently, the system does not provide any compensation at all and a lot of people are never restored to previctimization status. Oh but these pro-illegals claim that illegal immigration is a victimless crime that hurts no one and that we are whining when we complain.
You think these illegals care that they are hurting innocent lives? Their loyalty is to Mexico. They proved that during one of the first rallies when they took down the American flag, hung up the Mexican flag, and then hung the American flag upside down underneath it. THAT is how they feel about America.
http://michellemalkin.com/archives/004869.htm
Then the people who want to appease them pull out the excuses about how people who are not even alive now, and haven't been for hundreds of years, 'stole' the land from the American Indians. Even American politicians are carrying out this traitorous attack on our sovereignty! If this keeps up, the United States of America will become a 3rd world country, just like Mexico! Mexico's problems are not the fault of Americans, but they are becoming our problems because the Mexicans are invading us and bringing their problems with them.
The illegals make up about 5 % of the work force. The unemployment rate is about 4.5%. Keep in mind that the unemployment rate does NOT represent everyone who is unemployed. It only counts those who are collecting unemployment. Everyone else's plight is ignored. The unemployment rate if everyone was counted would be tremendous. We do NOT have a shortage of labor, we have a large surplus. The more illegals that come in and take our jobs at minimum wage or less (often less) puts more and more Americans out of a job. Most of these Americans are never counted in the unemployment rate if they do not manage to get unemployment benefits. Unemployment benefits are hard to receive.
Illegals draw welfare by stealing people's social security numbers and identities. That means there are a lot of people being directly hurt by these people as well. Innocent people are having their credit ratings ruined, having IRS problems, and social security problems. If someone who has had their social security number stolen gets married, if either spouse dies or become disabled then they can be denied their benefits.
My family moved to the US before WWII. Those of my family that didn't make it over got killed by the death camps. Our family assimilated to the American culture. We didn't expect the Americans to change to suit us. The illegal immigrants from Mexico are not civilized like that.
They not only changed the National Anthem to Spanish, they changed the words. They already burn our flag and hang our flag upside down. They waved the Mexican flag during a lot of their protests. Some schools have stopped hanging the American flag and forbidden students from wearing clothes with any part of the American flag on their clothing all to keep from offending the Mexicans. It's nothing short of an attack of our country, not only by the illegal aliens, but those who seek to appease them.
I am tired of the stereotype that Americans wouldn't do the work that illegals do. Illegals do all kinds of jobs for less than minimum wage which drives the wages down for U.S. citizens. Construction jobs are an example. There are lots of illegals doing construction jobs that Americans used to do because the companies can keep more of the profits if they pay less for the workers. All that does is make companies wealthier and Americans poorer. Illegals are stealing jobs that Americans have done for years.
"Mexico is waging war on the U.S. through mass immigration illegal and legal, through the assertion of Mexican national claims over the U.S., and through the subversion of its laws and sovereignty, all having the common end of bringing the southwestern part of the U.S. under the control of the expanding Mexican nation, and of increasing Mexico’s political and cultural influence over the U.S. as a whole.
Cultural imperialism
We experience Mexico’s assault on our country incrementally—as a series of mini-crises, each of which calls forth ever-renewed debates and perhaps some tiny change of policy. Because it has been with us so long and has become part of the cultural and political air we breathe, it is hard for us to see the deep logic behind our “immigration problem.” Focused as we are on border incursions, border enforcement, illegal alien crime, guest worker proposals, changes of government in Mexico City, and other such transient problems and events—all of them framed by the media’s obfuscation of whether or not illegal immigration’s costs outweigh its benefits and by the maudlin script of “immigrant rights”—we don’t get the Big Picture: that the Mexican government is promoting and carrying out an attack on the United States.
Another reason we miss what’s happening is that our focus is on the immigrants as individuals. Thus our leaders talk about illegal immigrants as “good dads,” “hard working folks” seeking to better their lives and their family’s prospects. In fact, this is not about individual immigrants and their families, legal or illegal. It is about a great national migration, a nation of people moving into our nation’s land, in order to reproduce on it their own nation and people and push ours aside.
Thus, in orchestrating this war on America, the Mexican state is representing the desires of the Mexican people as a whole.
What are these desires?
(1) Political revanchism—to regain control of the territories Mexico lost to the U.S. in 1848, thus avenging themselves for the humiliations they feel they have suffered at our hands for the last century and a half;
(2) Cultural imperialism—to expand the Mexican culture and the Spanish language into North America; and especially
(3) Economic parasitism—to maintain and increase the flow of billions of dollars that Mexicans in the U.S. send back to their relatives at home every year, a major factor keeping the chronically troubled Mexican economy afloat and the corrupt Mexican political system cocooned in its status quo. "

Wait a minute. That's an awfully one-side argument you're making.
First of all, who's hating? Not me. Not anybody I know.
However, what you need to understand is the depth of the insult illegals have made by deciding to shut down our cities. Not only have illegal aliens slipped over our border, but now they're making all kinds of demands.
Mind you, we are a nation of immigrants..My grandfather came from Germany. Got off the boat at Ellis Island...but there were lots of immigrants who immediately got back on the boat again and shipped back home because of health problems.
The point? We are a nation of LEGAL immigrants...and for illegal immigrants to become de facto citizens simply by virtue of sneaking over the border and eluding capture for a few years...That's simply a betrayal of what every else had to go through to get here. |

You know, the race card on this issue seemed to die out when people figured out that illegal immigrants are not any particular 'race'. Now it is the 'hate' card. We all know it isn't nice to hate anyone. So that makes people opposed to illegal immigration wrong?
It might if it were spurred by hate for a people rather than resentment towards thieves. People who break the law in order to take what doesn't belong to them are thieves.
I haven't seen people saying to do violence, or speaking of hate, beyond the typical crazy few. What I see is people saying the law should be enforced against thieves who hurt our own hopes for a better life. Should loving our brothers mean rapists and murderers shouldn't be prosecuted, too?
And who is killing and hitting against 'all that people'? You mean by Mexicans against Guatemalans illegally in Mexico? Because I haven't heard of that in the United States. |

Everyone knows they are as human as the US Legal citizens. I haven't seen or heard anyone say that they aren't human.I think people are just becoming frustrated at the way they are coming into the country by the hundreds and hundreds daily not to mention the millions that are already here. The ILLEGAL ones we are talking about. After a while people in this country become to realize that they are breaking the law and nothing happens. Not to mention they get health care for free. Who do you think pays for that in the long run? I think most people have had enough and when NOTHING is being done because they are infact breaking the law, people become angry. Why are they getting away with it? If we break the law, we have to pay the price. What makes them above the law? Do you realize if it doesn't come to a stop real soon that those millions will triple faster than you'd think. And who is going to continue to pay for their health care, education for their children etc.? So yes, people get angry.I am not saying the hate out there is right but when we have to follow the laws, obey the rules, pay into the system, pay for our healthcare, pay for our children's education etc, etc, and THEY DON"T, people are angry about it. And then they protest because they want rights here. They are BREAKING THE LAW BY COMING HERE THEY WAY THEY DO.THEY ARE NOT CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY. THEY HAVE NO RIGHTS. I don't hate these people. But, I am angry about it.And what about diseases that they may bring in? they are not checked for health problems. Alot of them too have criminal backgrounds, because they are not checked. They are breaking the law, they know it and it's enough already. |

I don't hate them. I just don't appreciate how they demand and act arrogant. I'm actually okay with giving "the good" illegals amnesty. But they are pushing other people/races to hate them. I think most of us don't want to see them hurt or abused.
Thats not the point. I do feel for them wanting a better
life. But I know for a fact they can work here for two years
not pay any taxes. Go bach home wait six months come back and
do the same thing. Also most of them save their money and go
back to Mexico and live the rest of their lives. They also
send money home. The money is not being kept here. There are
usually about 4 or 5 people living in an apartment spliting
the cost to live here. How do I know. Because my husband works where this is happening. They should want to be a citizen to be here. If not then stay home. Its sad that their
own home wants do something about these issues. |

Your question assumes that everyone who reads it is against helping illegal aliens. While I'm sure it seems that way, because the vocal minority is SO vocal and SO full of hatred, that isn't the case. There are many, many people who genuinely want to help those who need help. There are people who do not discriminate against others for their lack of English skills, their lack of a working visa or green card, their lack of a similar culture, the color of their skin, their religion, their politics, their choice of speech (as in hate-mongering) their gender, their lifestyle choices, their lifestyle choices that really aren't choices but we don't have the language yet to define them....
So, while I understand where you are coming from, and I feel the passion in your question, I want you to know you aren't the only person made sick by the hate and ugliness that seems (seems, now, only seems!) to be totally consuming our country and the people in this country!
Good luck, I hope the answers you get don't make you feel more angry, hurt, and devastated. Remember, those are the VOCAL MINORITY! Not all people feel like that. |

You are looking at the problem through a straw not from a bird's eye view. The problem is that the immigrants are illegal, which means, they have no rights. If they were legal, they have rights. I don't advocate violence in any wave, form or fashion. The problem with Mexico is that they want the USA to handle their problem with the poor mexican indians that are crawling over the river and through the woods to taxpayer's wallets they go. |
