Exactly correct. And the "minutemen" are clearly not only racist--but have anavowed agenda that is clearly criminal in intent. Freedom of association under the Constitution does not extend to membership in such organizations. These scum should be treated just as the members of any such gang (like the Crypts, etc)--because that's what they are.

No. Minutement are simply trying to do what the government has failed to do: protect our borders. (One only needs to remember 9/11 to understand why this is important.) Illegal immigration is, by definition, illegal. Obviously, our government supports illegal immigration or they would do something about it. Yes, we are all descended from immigrants - even the "native" american indians - but for over 100 years (and in most cases, much longer than that) we and hundreds of other countries have observed well-defined immigration laws. The problem is that some people choose not to honor the law.

Many are more worried about Arabs coming through there than Latinos. And they are coming though the border. Prayer rugs, diaries, etc. belonging to Arabs have been found near the border. You won't make these people feel guilty about protecting the border. There may be some racists but mostly there are valid reasons for stopping illegal border crossings to include drugs and criminal activity. Yes, most are innocent, but many aren't.

No necessarily. If you understand the purpose that the Minutemen are trying to serve, you might not think that. The whole point of them watching the border, is to stop illegal immigration. The fact that the vast majority of people they apprehend are from Mexico, doesn't make them racist. This explained by the desire of the Mexican people to leave and find a better life in the US. Even though they are breaking the law to do so. The Minutemen are trying to prevent an existing problem from getting worse. It would be nice if the people were not forced to come here illegally, but that's not the current situation.

Bull. I am white and native american with other races mixed and I support them. I have mexican friends who also support them, they have mexican/americans in their ranks.
The issue is not racism, the issue is US AMERICANS versus FOREIGNERS from other lands comming into our NATION ILLEGALLY and more importantly CONSUMING OUR RESOURCES, commiting a lot of crime and not being able to enculture with us Americans of all races, religiouns, and lifestyles.
I do not deny a small percent of anti illegals are racist but they are not as many as the number of illegals who are antiamerican and have no heart to become american in america, whose agenda is to set up mexico in america which we americans will not allow because we detest extreme poverty they produce.

Supporting illegals makes you a criminal. Isn't it funny if people can't illegally enter a country and make demands they yell racism. Let them try it in their own country. Why is it they only have back bone in a country they want to take advantage of?

I have NEVER heard of a single incident reported by a REPUTABLE source that the minutemen have ever done anything remotely violent. I support the idea of them being on the border assisting our border agents yet I would never want them to take matters into their own hands. They are armed because it is dangerous. Mexican police, military, coyotes and drug dealers harm AMERICAN citizens all the time. This is reported by our liberal and open borders news agencies.

I want our border to be secure - it is insane to have this flood of uneducated, low income, social service, school utilizing, hospital bankrupting people continue to come across the border at will.

I am not racist. I am of middle eastern decent and you don't know what racism is until you walk in my shoes. But my family came here legally and NEVER ONCE used any public assistance.

And oh yeah, the terrorist that caused 9/11,they came here LEGALLY!!!! so that means The Government screwed up by not checking the terror watch list...I mean,They were already on the list, why not check it?

I live in Alabama and there are various white-supremacist militias that are threatening to kill anyone that's "Mexican-looking." I don't have the least doubt that they are somehow associated with the minutemen.
