As soon as you cannot give them a valid social number, they will drop you. Sorry, but there are only certain jobs, generally nasty ones, where they will hire illegals. Anything higher up the chain is pretty well limited to legal residents.

By the way, have they asked you for any money for this "job". If they have, it is a scam where they figure an illegal won't complain to the cops that they have been ripped off.

Explain to the management company that you are an illegal alien. By law, they are not allowed to give yu a contract of any kind. They could get themselves in to big time trouble for doing so.

When you applied for this job, there is a question about your legality. How did you respond to that? Sounds like you lied and your boss did not notice. If they ever find it before your green card, they may fire you.
If I were you, I will go back to my boss and let him know about your status and assure them that your paper are in work in progress.

Of course you WON'T have a problem!! What you can do is get a working pin number (if you don't have a SSN) and you will be using it LEGALLY to work in the US and report your taxes with that number. Good luck!
