well to have a tax id you are committing fraud, your acceptance of a low paying job means the owner continues to get away with a sub-standard salary and is breaking the law. Therefore you are still a criminal and should be removed. I should also point out that your entire story is more likely a lie than anything else and I can't help but hope you get swept up and dumped.

What warehouse do you work in so we can report you and them for employing an illegal immigrant. I have a friend that came here when he was 12 years old as a political refugee. He went through the process and got his green card at the age of 26. For 14 years he did not see his mother because he wouldn't be let back in to the country while his application status was "waiting". He sent money to her in Guatemala every month and the first thing he did when granted citizenship was visit his mom on Mother's day. He paid taxes while waiting to be approved. Yes it took a long time, but he did the right thing and now is here legally and no one can say crap to him. Him, I respect. You are a self proclaimed liar and criminal!!!

I have crossed the border into Mexico before but never expected any hand outs when I did!!!!

No matter how much "good" you are doing, willing to do... the fact is you have broken the law. You have come into this country as a criminal, eventhough you may not have broken any other laws.

You came here knowingly breaking our laws, you are working here illegally and probably reporting income on a stolen SSN.

You need to understand that the US is trying to protect itself mainly from terrorists and eventhough you may not be one, we have to have controls on our borders and enforce the laws.
