You wont get deported for this, you should be ok. As long as you have not committed a high misdemeanor or a felony you should be ok.
Make sure that you get a license tho in the future.... you can actually get a license without a soc. As long as you have an Alien File Number (A-File)

Please explain why you are driving with no license or insurance. What if you were in an accident and you hurt someone? Who would pay their medical expenses? And no social security. And you are illegal. You should be scared. What gives you the right to do this when no one else is allowed? Everyone in the country has to have a license and insurance. Why not you? Most immigrants will go through the steps to become legal before they start endangering other drivers on the streets.
You should scurry back across the border before you go to court, because you will probably be deported. sorry if this sounds harsh, but look at what you did. |

I can promise deportation my father is the Chief of the state police in Illinois...so yes you want to get a lawyer but im not sure it will help because state guidelines are you are to have a Social Security card or must be a legal resident to obtain a license... and to obtain legal residency you must live here with a valid address to be considered a legal resident..also you must have a some type of US Citizenship |

a lawyer is pointless.
you are illegal. you are now in the system. When you appear before the judge, he will already know this beforehand. You will be sent home. No If, Ands or Buts about it.

Just don't go to court. You are breaking the law more by being here to began with than three tickets. If you have lived here illegal and no one found you what is saying they will find you for not showing up to court. You are an illegal. Illegals break the law every day and don't abide by US laws anyway. Now days being an illegal gives you more rights than if you where legal. Many Illegals have done worst crimes then get a ticket and not show up to court and they get a slap on the hand. you can always say NO CONPRENDA |

Well, just don't drive without a license or insurance, you are putting other people lives at risk! Talk to an Immigration lawyer ASAP before you go to court, you took a big risk driving without a license, please people we know US is a great country, but please if you can't do it in your own country, don't do it in other people country. YES I AM AN IMMIGRANT TOO. |

I'm one of your fellow illegals, loved by many, hated by some. I live in Miami and got my car registration by simply showing my Dutch drivers license and I found an insurance company that doesn't require a US ID. You should get the basics taken care of in the future. Get yourself a business registration and business bank account. This allows you to work as a free-lancer legally. The IRS gives you a TIN as soon you file your taxes or have an accountant set it up for you if you don't want to pay tax (let the haters in this forum pay your medical bills). Use this TIN as SSN and you're all set. Even can get credit.
I wouldn't worry too much about the court though. I had some tickets in the past but always paid them in time and I fought a ticket in court for walking my 2 dogs unleashed and I won. Was never asked for US ID. Miami is very liberal towards illegals. W/o them there would be no one left :) |

...If i were you before i go to court , i would go and see a immigration lawyer and explain him or her your situation . Why would you be driving if you are already illegal in the country , it is like putting yourself to more risk of getting deported .......Come on .use your brain before you act |

You either stop driving and don't show up, or you are going to get deported. I don't think they would deport you for the charges (maybe driving without a license/ insurance), but you could possibly get deported simply for being illegal. |

hi! don't listen to all this haters, illegals always get pulled over and they just go to court, they will not even ask you if you are a citizen just pay the tickets and DO show up to court. also you can get a lawyer only if you want to pay less for the tickets, but trust me YOU WILL NOT GET DEPORTED, I do recommend you to get a lawyer, he may charge you about 100 to 140 bucks he will then reschedule the court date for maybe a year later and then they might dismiss your case if the police officer doesn't show up..and then if chose not to get a lawyer you will have to pay maybe up to 500..so good luck!! |

I think they only deport on felony charges. You might want to speak with an immigration lawyer, or at least contact a non-profit org that works with imiigrants and refugees and see what they have to say, they may have a social worker that can give you info. |
