im in usa i have a Q1 visa and im married to us citizen i had biometric appointment almost a month, how long it take to get my work permit, my social security and my green card ??? and Will they schedule an interview before I receive my green card?

It should about one more month till you get your work permit. When you receive your work permit go to your local SocialSecurity office to apply for your social security (which should take about 4 weeks for it to arrive in the mail) It should take about three more months before you receive your interview appointment and if everything goes well you should have your greencard in your mailbox about two weeks after your interview.
