To all of you who are slamming him on his English..
It's not his English that is bad, but his spelling, and that for the most part is typos. I have seen many of usnavy's Q&A's and he is quite intelligent. I would attribute his lack of spelling here to two things.
1. He is quite passionate about this (all caps) and I know when I am heated on something my typing skills go to crap.

2. this was posted 15 hours ago, putting it at Friday Evening that this was posted, (could have been drinking.)

so even if you want to comment on his typing skill how about you ANSWER THE QUESTION as well?

As for me:

I think the Illegal problem needs to be solved in several steps.

1. Secure the borders, not just because of pedro looking for a construction job. but because of terrorism drug smuggling and human trafficking. Do not worry about the illegals ALREADY here untill we can stop any new ones from entering.

It does no good to bail water from a sinking ship if you havent first plugged the hole the water is entering by!

2. once the border is taken care of you can then deal with those here illegally. to do this, as illegals are caught they must be divided into categories. how we deal with them is dependant upon what category they are in.
Cat A:
Any illegal who has commited criminal offenses (aside from entering the country illegally) are automatically deported. those who have had repeated run-ins with the law for domestic violence, gang trouble, burglary, drugs, whatever. This group, Category A, will be automatically deported. if they are caught a second time in the USA it will eb three strikes and a LOOOONG prison sntence
strike 1 entering illegally
strike 2 commiting a crime while here and getting deported
strike 3 entering illegally again after being deported.
Cat B:
These are illegals who come here with no intention of being Americans, whose loyalty is still to their country (this is mostly Mexican and other central american illegals), they come here working off the tax books and live in cramped hovels with other illegals for a season then send nearly all their money back home to their families in other countries.
This group you deport as well, but they CAN COME BACK if they apply for a proper WORKERS VISA and follow the laws.
If they are caught a second time then they are deported as per CAt A illegals.
CatC:
This final group is the group that pro-illegals keep holding up as all illegals (it ain't so). These are the good hardworking folk who want a better life for themselves and their families. They want the American dream. but due to lack of funds, knowledge, and resources, they have been forced to rely on illegal methods to get here. I ahve no problem with this last group being offered Amnesty and help in converting their illegal status into a legitimate Permenant resident Alien status with the goal of getting their US Citizenship.

3. the final step is to eliminate the way certain laws work that encourage illegals.
a) enforce and make harder the punishments on employers who KNOWINGLY hire illegals
b) get rid of the law that creates "ANCHOR BABIES"
c) improve and streamline the law process for legal entry that causes many of the CAT B good people to have to resort to an illegal entry.

My first wife I met here in the USA, She grew up here from the time she was 11. Her family was part of the waves of Vietnamese "Boat People" who was rescued by a USN warship just as the 50' boat with 475 people on it was sinking in an approaching storm. They were brought to a refugee camp in Hong Kong for 11 months then were sponsered by an Air Force Church group from Lackland AFB San Antonio Texas. She got here at 11 and is now a US Citizen

My Current Wife I met online and we corosponded for a few years via Mail (both Snail and the eKind) I made two trips overseas to Cambodia to meet her (See my photo for us standing at the Bayon near Ankor Wat) She and I have had to go through this process to secure her K-1 Fiancee VISA and let me tell you it is Daunting and expensive.

We don't have to correct this "problem" All the other countries have to learn our language yet you are complaining because you are too lazy to learn theirs. They do all the work that you lazy people won't because they don't take all the job opportunities for granted. So,

I know I will probably get a lot of thumbs down for this but I don't care I am sick of people talking about how we should secure our borders, because the " aliens" are taking all our jobs and money.

whether you want to accept it or not, illegal immigrants also pay taxes because they purchase food, clothes and other things, also if you were to deport the millions that there are in this country how would you substitute their labor? you people won't pick a tomatoe of the dirt. also who says that u're the only one who has rights for education? also illegals and other immigrants have shown more interest in attening schools and universities than those who have been born in this country and have financial aid and just don't take advantage of it. illegal immigrants as you call them, pay for all the medical bills of 'homeless' who are just on the streets doing nothing but collecting the money my people earn. don't give all that bs about illegals being a drain to the u.s. economy.

Wow, you have horrible grammar, you should take advantage of that education you pay for. Also, the teachers don't speak Spanish because they have to, it's not like they are being forced. Speaking Spanish is good, it shows that you are better educated, not the fact that you speak Spanish but the fact that you know more than one language. Oh, and there is no problem except that the borders are not secure.

lets take the mexican governments stance on it, if you are an illegal immigrant, you pay cash or get nothing. actually, we need a happy medium, lets deport all illegals and we wont have to worry about their bills

My biggest beef against immigrants, whether they are documented of undocumented, is that so many of them are unwilliing to learn English and demnd special multilingual documents for business and government.

An individual who moves to a new country which has an official lnguge other than the immiigrnts' birth language should expect to learn the new language and should learn it, or at least try to learn it.

I believe all this ethnic sensitivity is a load of crap and should not be allowed to influence government or business policy.
