Immigrant help in foreign countries?

I live in New York and New York, as I'm sure you know, is highly populated with immigrants. There are an abundance of services available to new immigrants to help them learn English and job training. Many of these services are through nonprofits. Are there such nonprofits in other countries? Say I'm an immigrant to Spain, are there nonprofits out there to help me? Which countries do you have have and can you name some websites?

No. You have to talk with your embassy and get a work in that country.

Obviously if you get the country's nacionality, you will enjoy all the wellness of non-profit organizations.
