Immigrants to the United Kingdom for Benefits and the INCREASE in crime from this?

Lately since a personal friend purse was stolen from a shop in town, i have come to notice the increasing amount of crime from immigrants in the UK.
A few weeks ago i was watching the news they was in France speaking to illegal immigrants trying to get to the United Kingdom and they spoke to a women from the Immigration Authority
She said that when you ask them a question about England they say "Free house, Free schools, Free money"
Is this really the message we should be putting across to other countries when we are hardly copeing ourselves
I am all for immigrants coming over and working, but the ones that go into town, and STEAL from people, this is unacceptable
We need to start putting British citizens first, instead of immigrants, especially when they steal from us, pick-picket and make us feel uncomfortable walking through the high-street on our own

And why aren't the damn French doing anything about it?!? Instead of deporting these people, they are just letting them hang out in Calais, waiting for them to go through the Chunnel so they don't have to deal with them anymore.

I agree 100% My parents were immigrants, but the only reason they came here was because they both got offered jobs prior to coming here to lecture at Cambridge university. I only think the UK should let in skilled immigrants who have been offered jobs. I think the UK are being too nice by letting in anyone, and giving them free houses and benefits, they should concentrate on the people already here. I don't care if I sound ignorant

according to the lefties and the pc brigade increased crime/meltdown of the NHS and benefits system have nothing to do with immigration.

well i am afraid it does!

for months myself and other good and true posters have tried to argue of the obvious connections between immigration and the increase in crime in the UK-only to be shot down as "racists" and "nazis".

but more and more of you are beginning to see the light..

We definitely need to start putting the indigenous British people first. I think it is time to stop further immigration and deport all failed asylum seekers, illegal and criminal immigrants.

In order to do this, Britain needs to withdraw from the EU. The main political parties shy away from this. But staying in the EU means we have given up our right to determine our own laws and economic policy.

Legally, you can't come to live in the UK from anywhere outside the EU unless you have a job (and skills which are in demand in the UK), enough money to support yourself (no recourse to public funds, ie no benefits),clean criminal record etc.

It gets muddy when you get into the whole illegal immigrant/"asylum seeker" thing. Illegal immigrants can't legally claim benefits (they can get NHS treatment in an emergency) but if they lodge a claim for asylum and get accepted they can literally do what they like - free council house, all the benefits they could wish for, its a nice life (like that Afghan family who were living in a house which cost the taxpayer Â£12,500 per month in rent!!!)

EU citizens can also come here and claim benefits, which has led to a lot of less-than-desirable types coming here to take advantage of this fact.

Yes there is always high crime rates from immigrants. Many of them have failed in their own country and come here hoping for more success as do immigrants the whole world over. Many of them have little or no knowledge of the English Language nor do many of them have marketable skills as a consequence it is not racism that keeps them from employment but their own lack of skills. The Muslim community fails to pay it's own priests and relies on social security to do so. Human nature being what it is and because of their own lack of effort they want a bit of the action and turn to crime pretending that their way of life is so superior that they are entitled to do this. So the answer to your question is yes immigrants are the cause of most crimes.

I have also seen the other side of this of a family arriving here taking very badly paid jobs working like the devil trying to learn English and their children going to ordinary local authority schools working very hard learning English and ultimately joining the professions. Do not try to tell me these are not needed. The problem is finding who s what. I do agree that it is time that our heroes instead of usinf immigrants as a whip on the indigenous population started to consider them instead of making polite noises because an election is in the offing

Good call on opposing the BNP, taking a stance against mass immigration and a welfare state open to abuse is one thing. Supporting an extreme right wing political party which is undeniably racist is another thing completely.
