I am all for LEGAL IMMIGRATION.

If you are talking about this ILLEGAL INVASION that is going on now I am totally aginst it and they should be shot on sight if they are caught crossing our boarder ILLEGALLY. The ones that are already here should be rounded up and sent home! Ill even chip in for gas money!

If you're talking about illegal invasion I'm against it. We've always had legal immigration and that's fine.

But to erase our national borders (as Bush and the liberals want to do) is insane in the membrane.

This amnesty policy is being pushed by the owners of the Federal Reserve in an attempt to gain more control for themselves. It will destroy the American economy as it's already bankrupting many hospitals and school districts.

Right now.....against. Until the powers that be can understand the difference between legal and illegal....and when immigrants understand immigrating is more than just a financial thing....stop it. Got to Mexico or China or India and see how "diverse" their population is. Or how liberal their immigration policies are. If it's not equal and fair across the board.....then what does that mean...racist? Zenophobic? Communistic? Socialist? Whatever?

I can't just go anywhere I want to. Until I can...neither can you.

Immigration, for me, means to move or relocate to a "better" place. If someone does it to have a better life for himself and his family, then that is definitely something worth pursuing.

Wanting a better place to live and work in should be the desire of everyone who appreciates life. Of course, "better place" is all a matter of perspective since there are a lot of different factors involved.

The bottom line - if where you are makes you very happy, then stay; if not, then it is your right to migrate to a better place.

Governments should not restrict any sort of voluntary agreements between individuals. I support free movement of people, but I'm neutral on whether people should immigrate. That's their business, not mine.
