The problem is not with immigration. The problem is with those that would enter our country illegally.
As a U.S. citizen, enter any other country illegally and see the consequences of doing so are. Why does the world think we should have open borders to all those that wish to cross it when most protect their borders with their military and many of those will shoot to kill?

No, they weren't. Actually, I doubt there is anyone who has all their ancestors born in the U.S., since it has only existed for the past 231 years. That is, unless you're counting people who lived in the area that would later become part of the U.S. before the U.S. was actually founded.

The first people here were the Indians. One such tribe was the Chichimecas. The Spanish came and tortured the Indians in Cuba and Mexico. Columbus came (that ball of puss) and killed off entire nations of Indians. My ancestors came from England and Germany. They came to America legally, filled out all the forms, took the tests, learned the language, etc. This entitled them and all their descendants to American citizenship.
I am sure you believe your little rant somehow supports illegal immigration. Go back and think about it some more. Surely even someone like you understands the difference between legal immigration and illegal. Or maybe not. Perhaps I am giving you too much credit.

Well my Mama and Daddy and gradpa and great grandpa were all from the USA, before that we came from many different places, Italy, Ireland, England, and Germany to name but a few.
All of my ancestors could not have been born here, b/c everyone has immigration somewhere down the line, were not that old of a nation for heaven's sakes.

as far back as i have information and pictures (american indian) and before that who knows.

Oh, very picky. I wasn't born in America, thankfully. I'm Scottish. My parents are Scottish, and going back at least two hundred years all my family are Scottish.

However, if you go back far enough (via DNA testing) I'm seventy five percent Scottish, fifteen percent Scandanavian and ten percent Russian.

Find me a pure blooded native of anywhere and I'll tell you they're lying.

Your point about native Americans not having been from their originally is a moot point. Everyone came from somewhere. And technically, going by evolution, we're all African as that's where man spread from.

Liked your point about the French tribe. Still not a fully accepted theory but the evidence is pretty good. Identical microliths found on sites in France and the US... If these things had been made by different people they wouldn't have been identical, and they've been found on sites dated within a tiny window of history on either side of the Atlantic.

Supposedly, most people in the world come from one, original mother. Your/our ancestor.

So there is that cuteness to life. Yes be friendly.

As you send others to the rear bring yourself up and into ...the here and the NOW.

There are limits to all good things. Thirty? Would you slake your thirst with a drink ...that would drown you?
When will you stop your drink? When your thirst is through.
And you can go on living in comfort and well being, procreate and slowly grow to allow others to come in and grace you with their friendship and trade.

All/and everything at once or nothing doesn't work in the grand scheme of life. Immigration is the same in it's application and effects.

Hands up! The ones that weren't born here came on the Mayflower and other early ships, and helped FOUND this country.

Except of course for the ancestors who were here to greet them.

For all the 'Native Americans', your ancestors migrated to this continent also.

The USA only became the USA in the late 1700s. So, nobody in the universe can have all their ancestors born in the USA.
